🎯 Purpose of this article

This article details the export files available in the “Initiatives” category. It will help you to understand the content of each file and to interpret the data correctly to ensure reliable monitoring of the solidarity actions carried out on the platform.

🗂️ List of available exports for the “Initiatives” category

📁 Initiatives - Registrations follow-up

Description :

List of all entries made during the selected period. ❗This export includes all participation intentions, i.e. all registration statuses combined, as displayed in the Volunteers menu.

Comments :

The Initiatives themselves can take place outside this period. Ex: export over the period 01/01/2025-31/03/2025; the volunteer signed up on 08/02/2025 for an assignment that will take place on 12/05/2025.

📁 Initiatives - Participation dates follow-up

Description :
The most comprehensive export, ideal for analysis and follow-up. List of volunteer assignment and participation dates during the selected period. To see the details of the columns, click here. ❗This export details all the precise dates of participation and therefore excludes registrations for application, exchange and mentee search statuses, for which there are no dates yet.

Comments :

· Entries whose period is included in the selected period are displayed even if they began or ended outside the period.
Ex: export over the period 01/01/2025-31/03/2025; the volunteer takes part in an assignment that runs from 11/10/2024 to 03/03/2025. The participation will be included in this export.

· Includes employee entries with and without accounts (adjustments made by admin)

    Unique Initiative identifier

  • wish ID
    Registration ID or participation request

  • title
    Initiative title

  • initiative type
    One-off volunteering, mentoring, skills, solidarity team-building…

  • user company
    Name of the registered employee's entity

  • initiative start date
    Initiative start date as indicated on the initiative sheet

  • initiative End date
    Initiative end date as indicated on the Initiative sheet

  • participation begin date

    • CASE 1. The volunteer registers for the assignment before the assignment start date: the Initiative start date as entered on the platform is recorded.

    • CASE 2. The volunteer registers for the Initiative after the Initiative start date: the date on which the volunteer registered is recorded.

  • participation end date
    From their dashboard, volunteers can indicate that they have completed their assignment. For example, if they declare an end date of 30/04/2025, this date will be recorded, even if the assignment ends on 30/06/2025. If they do not declare anything, the planned end date on the platform will be recorded, i.e. 30/06/2025.

  • register date
    Date on which the employee registered for the assignment. If it is an admin who has registered as part of a regularisation, the regularisation date is recorded.

  • period
    If the assignment takes place over a period: yes/no

  • duration (hours)
    Total duration of participation, in hours

  • login
    Employee login. May be different from the email address.

  • active User
    Indicates whether the employee's account is activated: yes/no

  • on Work Time
    Was the assignment carried out during working hours: yes/no

  • manager Email
    The email address of the employee's manager, or, in the case of registration by admin (regularisation), the email address of the manager entered at the time of regularisation.

  • manager’s validation date
    Date on which the manager validated the participation, or in the case of a regularisation, the date on which the regularisation was made.

  • date status
    Participation status (e.g. pending, confirmed, cancelled, etc.)

  • certificate of participation (organization or company)
    Attestation status: pending, attested or contested

  • participation confirmation date
    Date on which participation was confirmed

  • answered the survey
    Indicates whether the employee has completed the satisfaction questionnaire: yes/no

  • registered by (first name)
    First name of the person who registered the employee (if registered by a third party)

  • registered by (name)
    Name of the person who registered the employee (if registered by a third party)

  • registered by (email)
    Email of the person who registered the employee (if registered by a third party)

📁 Initiatives - Feedback reviews

Description :

Responses to post-Initiative satisfaction surveys: notes, comments, feedback.

Comments :

It is not possible to request the deletion of survey responses or scores.

📁 Initiatives - Commitment report by initiative

Description :

View of the number of volunteers involved per Initiative.

Comments :

The calculation includes :

· registered employees - the assignment is in progress (the end date has not passed), or has not yet begun

· employees whose status is pending confirmation - meaning that neither the employee, nor the association or company administrator (if the partnership permits), has yet confirmed the employee's participation

· employees who have participated (participation confirmed by the employee and/or the association)

📁 Initiatives - Monitoring of profit-sharing contributions

Description :

Information on contributions associated with actions (amount and unit of contribution, amount and unit of impact).

Comments :

N/A

📁 Initiatives - Tax exemption report

Description :

Hours worked for non-profit organizations, for tax exemption purposes.

Comments :

Available only if the tax exemption module is enabled and the user has the Tax Exemption Manager role.
