Managing the Ambassadors feature

Manage applications, update statuses, customize display options, and activate the new Ambassador role.

🎯 Purpose of this article

This guide explains how to activate, manage, and use the Ambassadors feature on your Komeet platform.
It is intended for administrators who want to recognize internal champions and strengthen the engagement program.

✅ Prerequisites

  • Have an Administrator role

  • Have the Ambassadors feature activated by the Komeet team

🧭 Enable or disable ambassador requests

Go to Company space > Ambassadors
Toggle the option Authorise requests on or off

  • If enabled: a "Become an ambassador" button will appear in the Ambassadors block on the homepage

🚫 If disabled: the button is hidden, but the block remains visible

📝 Manage applications and statuses

From the Ambassadors menu, you can:

  • View the list of current ambassadors

  • Edit ambassador rights and define their scope (entity, region, etc.)

  • Process new applications via the Requests tab

  • Manually add a new ambassador

🏠 Homepage display

  • A Local ambassadors block is automatically displayed on the homepage (photo + button)

  • Employees can see who the ambassadors are and contact them by email
