This article outlines all the elements you can update from your Settings area: footer documents, visual assets displayed on the platform and in emails, and the contact email address.

Updated over 5 months ago

🎯 Objective of the article

This article guides you through customizing the elements visible to your collaborators outside the homepage: the footer, visual banners, and information displayed in automated emails.

🧭 Description

From the administrator area, several elements of your platform can be customized to match your internal documentation, visual identity, or contact information.
Depending on what is enabled on your platform, you can modify the following:

1️⃣ Update the documents displayed in the footer

You can replace the documents shown at the bottom of the page:

• Terms of Use
• Employee FAQ
• Employee User Guide
• Privacy Policy

Once updated, these documents become instantly available to all users at the entity level where the update was applied (in the case of a multi-entity company).

2️⃣ Modify the visual assets associated with your platform

You can customize:

• The welcome image displayed on the homepage (in logged-out mode). Learn more.
• The visual displayed in the banner of emails sent by the platform
• The banner image used for the activity feed (visible at the top of the feed on the homepage)

Expected formats:
Welcome image: 500px x 500px
Activity feed banner: 820px x 312px
Email banner: 1500px x 450px

3️⃣ Update the contact email address

• The contact email displayed at the bottom of all automated emails sent by the platform

4️⃣ Update the contact email displayed in the footer

The contact email displayed at the bottom of the page cannot be modified from your admin space. Contact the Komeet team, who will update it for you.

💡 Good to know

• All modifications are applied instantly and immediately visible to your collaborators.
• If certain sections do not appear in your settings, ensure you are positioned at the correct entity level (for multi-entity companies).
• To customize the elements of your homepage (welcome image, carousel, indicators, ambassadors, testimonials, etc.), refer to the dedicated article: Customize the homepage content and blocks.
