🎯 Purpose of this article

This article guides you through customizing your platform’s homepage. It is intended for administrators who want to adapt the image, content, and indicators of their program.

1️⃣ Customize the welcome image

The welcome image is only displayed on the logged-out page (visible to visitors before they log in).
👉 You can change it from Company Space > Administration > Company > Settings.

ℹ️ Once your employees are logged in, this image will no longer be visible. On the logged-in page, the space is dedicated to news, indicators, and other interactive blocks.

Recommended dimensions: 608×400 (4:3)

2️⃣ Manage the solidarity news carousel

The carousel displays recent commitments from your colleagues (e.g., "3 days ago • Amelie is interested in the initiative Cook and distribute meals !").
👉 These news items are only visible to members of your entity (e.g., Komeet - France), and only initiatives that are still available are clickable.

💡 A minimum of 5 actions is required to trigger carousel display.

3️⃣ Add or edit the program description and KPIs

Present your values and objectives, and display your key indicators (e.g., number of actions, number of solidarity hours).
👉 You can edit these sections via Company space > Administration > Homepage > Program Description and Key Figures.

ℹ️ You can configure up to 2 indicator blocks and 1 image. You can edit existing KPIs, but you cannot create new ones yourself. Contact the Komeet team to add new KPIs for you.

A "Modify" button allows you to edit either the content or the key figure directly by hovering over the element from the homepage.

4️⃣ Homepage customization

Administrators can customize the order and visibility of blocks displayed on the homepage, both for the logged-in and non-logged-in versions.

A Configuration tab is available under Administration > Company space > Homepage

• The administrator selects which version to edit (logged-in or non-logged-in, if enabled)
• Blocks can be reordered using drag-and-drop, and toggled on/off via hover
• Each administrator manages only the blocks related to their entity level; blocks configured at the global level require global admin rights

5️⃣ Manage the ambassador block

Highlight ambassadors to inspire and motivate your teams.
👉 You can pause new applications and manage the content of requests from Company Space > Ambassadors.

💡 Display order

The most recently added ambassador appears first.

6️⃣ Understand and manage the news feed (testimonials)

After having carried out an initiative, volunteers can post a testimonial that will automatically appear at the bottom of the homepage.
👉 You can unpublish these testimonials via Volunteers > Testimonials.

ℹ️ Testimonial block: Unlike the news feed, this block is fully managed by the administrator (creation, editing, deletion) from Company Space > Administration > Homepage > Stories.

7️⃣ Manage the testimonial block

Testimonials can be customized from the homepage using the buttons + Add a Testimonial, Edit, and Remove. If these buttons do not appear, make sure you are positioned at the highest entity level in your network.

👉 If all testimonials are removed, you will no longer be able to add a new one yourself. In that case, contact the Komeet team.

8️⃣ Edit the contact email at the bottom of the page

The contact email displayed at the bottom of the page cannot be edited directly from your space. Contact the Komeet team to update it for you.

💡 Good to know

There are two homepage display modes on your platform:

  • The logged-in homepage, visible only to your employees once they are logged in.

  • The logged-out homepage, publicly accessible (for example, before logging in or to present your program to an external audience).

The appearance and content of these two pages may differ depending on the settings chosen (images, visible modules, etc.).
