This guide explains how to promote a voting campaign or call for projects (CPF) directly on the homepage using the external content feature.
🧭 Two ways collaborators can access your campaign
To access a voting campaign or CPF, collaborators can:
Click a direct link to the campaign (shared via email, newsletter, or internal communication)
Discover it directly on the platform, through a featured block on the homepage
🖼️ Create external content to promote the campaign on the homepage
To display your campaign directly on the homepage:
Go to Administration > My actions > External content
Click on + Add external content
Fill in the required fields (title, description, visual, redirect link)
Once published, click Feature
Select the desired placement on the homepage
👉 Collaborators will see the block as soon as they log in and can access the campaign in one click.
💡 Good to know
This method does not require any action from Komeet: you can create, publish, and remove content independently.
Once the campaign is over, simply unpin the external content to remove it from the homepage.
