Updated over 2 weeks ago

🙌 What’s on the agenda this month

🏢 For company administrators

🙋‍♀️ For employee volunteers

Organization Directory: explore and create partnerships

ℹ️ Discover the long-awaited centralized directory, giving you access to all organizations available on Komeet, with advanced search, filtering, and individual or bulk partnership creation features.

🎯 Objectives:

  • Make it easier to discover and explore organizations available on the platform

  • Simplify the partnership creation process with individual or bulk requests (up to 50 associations)

  • Enrich your engagement program with new nonprofit partners

  • Enable invitations to organizations not yet present on Komeet

🛠️ How it works:

  • Access via the Partners > Organizations Directory

  • Advanced filters available: location, areas of activity, initiative types, tax benefits, instant partnership, open actions, etc.

  • Single or multiple selection (up to 50 organizations) to propose partnerships

  • Two types of partnerships: automatic (instant addition) or approval-based (request sent to the organization)

  • Ability to invite an association not yet on the platform via a personalized invitation link pre-filled with your company details

  • Email notifications when partnership requests are approved

Unlimited reporting data downloads and exports

ℹ️ Removal of the previous 3-year limitation on data exports and reporting. You can now select from all available years.

🎯 Objective:
Provide greater flexibility for analyzing historical data and facilitate exports over extended periods for better long-term tracking.

🛠️ How it works:

  • Free selection of all available years

  • Maximum export range limited to two years (current year + 1 additional year) to ensure optimal performance given data volume

Waitlist registration for fully booked initiatives

ℹ️ Allow volunteers to subscribe to alerts and be notified as soon as a spot becomes available or a new time slot is added to a fully booked initiative.

🎯 Objectives:

  • Maintain employee engagement even when initiatives are fully booked

  • Optimize initiative fill rates in case of cancellations

  • Improve user experience by keeping full initiatives visible in the catalog

🛠️ How it works:

  • Two types of alerts available: targeted alerts for specific time slots or a global alert for the initiative

  • Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Automatic email notification sent simultaneously to all subscribed users when a spot becomes available

  • New “Waitlist” tab in the initiative management screen for administrators

  • Volunteers can manage their alerts from their personal space or via links in notification emails

  • Alerts are automatically reactivated when an initiative is republished

🟠 Previous behavior
Fully booked initiatives were removed from the catalog of available actions in the “Find an action” menu.

🟢 New behavior
Fully booked initiatives now remain visible in the catalog as long as at least one future time slot exists

Two-Factor Authentication (MFA) via email

ℹ️ Implementation of email-based two-factor authentication to strengthen the security of email/password logins.

🎯 Objectives:

  • Strengthen user account security

  • Protect sensitive company data

  • Provide an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access

🛠️ How it works:

  • Applies only to email + password logins (not SSO)

  • After entering valid credentials, a one-time numeric code is sent by email

  • Code validity: 10 minutes

  • Maximum of 5 attempts every 2 minutes

  • Only one active code at a time (a new code invalidates the previous one)

  • Access is blocked until the code is successfully validated
