This article explains how to add a collection of actions recommended by Komeet to your platform, so you can enrich your engagement offer without having to create a collection yourself.
ℹ️ What are recommended collections?
A recommended collection is a set of “ready-to-use” action collections available in the Explore section of the Collections screen.
There are three types of collections:
#️⃣ Awareness moments: A selection of on-site or online initiatives, challenges, or webinars focused on a social cause. The theme is highlighted during specific periods throughout the year.
📍 Local selections: A group of initiatives based on cities, regions, or countries.
💡 Turnkey program: A curated list of the most appreciated initiatives by employees, ideal for discovering the nonprofit world.
⚙️ Set up a recommended collection
From the Collections screen, go to Explore collections
Click View collection next to the one you want to add
Click Request a partnership with all organizations
🔁 The initiatives will be automatically added once the associations approve the partnership.
If your company is set up with a network structure, you will need to select the entity where the collection should be added.
Click Add this collection and confirm
👉 The collection edit page will open, allowing you to personalize it using your program’s branding.
✍️ Edit a recommended collection
If the Komeet collection is in manual selection mode, you can remove actions one by one from the action list if you do not want to offer them to employees.
If the collection is in automatic selection mode, you’ll need to unpublish the individual actions you don’t want to appear.
To do this:
In the collection, identify the title or ID of the action to unpublish
Go to the Initiatives screen, search for the initiative, and disable the publication from the right-hand side
💡 Good to know
In the collection edit screen, actions that are not visible to employees appear with reduced opacity. Hover over an action to see why it’s not visible.
These actions may be closed, pending partnership approval, or outside the themes defined for your engagement program. Contact your Komeet advisor for more information.
You can also hover over the action’s thumbnail to check its visibility reason.
The 👁️ View button allows you to preview the initiative in a new tab — just as an employee would see it.
