This article introduces the Organizations Directory, a feature that allows you to explore all nonprofits available on Komeet, filter them based on your needs, and initiate partnership requests individually or in bulk. It is intended for company admins looking to expand their nonprofit partnership network.

Accessing the Directory
Log in to your company admin account
Go to the "Partners" tab
The directory automatically displays all nonprofits

Click on a card to access the nonprofit's full profile
Use Ctrl + click to open the profile in a new tab
🔍 Filtering and Sorting Nonprofits
To refine your search, use the filter bar:
Filter criteria:
Filter | Description |
Search | Search by name, ID, or nonprofit location |
Location | Advanced geographic filter (city, region, country) |
Focus areas | Filter by social impact themes |
Tax-deductible | Show only nonprofits eligible to receive tax-deductible donations |
Open actions | Nonprofits with at least one active action |
Non-partner | Show only nonprofits you haven't partnered with yet |
Initiative types | Corporate giving, skills-based volunteering, one-time volunteering, etc. |
Instant partnership | Nonprofits that automatically accept partnerships |
Sorting Options
You can sort results by:
Most recent (selected by default)
Oldest
🤝 Requesting a Partnership with One or Multiple Nonprofits
1️⃣ Individual Request
Step 1: From the directory, identify the organization you’re interested in
Step 2: Click the Select button
Step 3: Confirm your request by clicking the Propose a partnership button
2️⃣ Bulk Requests (Multiple Selection)
Step 1: In the directory, click Select
Step 2: Select up to 50 organizations
A bar appears at the bottom of the screen as soon as you make your first selection
Your selection is saved as you navigate
Step 3: Click Propose a partnership to X organizations
Step 4: Confirm your request in the confirmation window
⚠️ Important Points
Nonprofits with a previous "Canceled/Rejected" partnership display this mention in the interface
If you're in a company network, you can select a personalized link per entity

Automatic partnership (multiple nonprofits) | "X nonprofits will be automatically added to your partners, their actions will be immediately available." |
Automatic partnership (one nonprofit) | "[Name] will be automatically added to your partners, their actions will be immediately available." |
Requires validation (multiple nonprofits) | "Y requests will be pending validation. You will receive an email when they are validated." |
Requires validation (one nonprofit) | "A request will be sent to [Name]. You will receive an email when it is validated." |
✉️ Inviting a Nonprofit to Join Komeet
If the nonprofit you're looking for isn't yet on the platform, you can invite them:
Step 1: Click the "Invite a nonprofit" button in the directory
Step 2: A modal opens with an invitation link personalized to your company
Step 3: Click "Copy link" and share it with the nonprofit
👉 Tip
The invitation link automatically pre-fills your company during the nonprofit's registration, facilitating the connection.

📍 The location filter uses an advanced geolocation system
📧 You receive an email notification when a nonprofit validates your partnership request
🔗 Nonprofits created via your invitation link are tracked in your statistics
If you attempt to disable or archive a nonprofit with open participations, the action will be blocked
