Komeet partners with impact-driven organizations that can host employees for volunteering or skills-based initiatives.
🏛️ Eligibility criteria
To be eligible, an organization must:
Have a nonprofit status
This includes associations, foundations, cooperatives, social enterprises... depending on the country. A valid registration number is required.
👉 Profit is allowed as long as it’s reinvested into the organization’s mission.Be non-political, non-religious, non-unionized, and non-proselytizing
Komeet only works with organizations that respect neutrality.Have a mission aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Present no reputational, financial, or regulatory risk
A compliance check is carried out upon registration.Be capable of welcoming volunteers
The organization must offer clear, well-framed initiatives that suit the platform’s format.

🔗 Partner organizations
Some nonprofits may not meet our general standards but are partnered with a company already on Komeet. In this case, they can join the platform exclusively to work with that company.
⚠️ Organizations in conflict-affected countries
In countries with ongoing armed conflict, Komeet applies strict neutrality requirements.
👉 Only organizations that clearly do not support any side (even in their communication) may be approved.
If neutrality can’t be guaranteed, the company may sponsor a showcase initiative (internally managed).

To complete registration, an organization must provide:
Its official registration number
The SDGs it contributes to
Legal representative details (full name and email)
A statement of honor confirming the organization is non-political, non-religious, and non-unionized
A confirmation that it’s able to manage volunteer initiatives
