Updated over 4 months ago

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose of this article

This article guides you in the day-to-day administration of your partnerships.
It is intended for administrators responsible for partner relationships on the platform.

1๏ธโƒฃ Access the Partners tab

The Partners tab allows you to manage your partnerships and quickly view their status.

From this space, you can:

  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Search for a partner using the search bar.

  • ๐Ÿ—‚ Filter partnerships by status (validated, pending, refused, etc.).

  • โ†•๏ธ Sort by date of last proposal or last validation.

  • ๐Ÿ“ View the partner organization's locations.

  • ๐Ÿ“… See the partnership validation or refusal date.

  • ๐Ÿ‘โ€๐Ÿ—จ View more details by clicking View (association team contacts, the association's Wenabi profile, etc.).

  • โŒ Cancel a partnership if needed.

  • โฌ†๏ธ Move the partnership to another level within your network (option available only to main administrators).

  • ๐Ÿ“„ Download the partnership agreement, if this feature is enabled for your company.

  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Download the Partnership tracking export for all your partner organizations or for a specific partner.
โ„น๏ธ This export lists the number of initiatives created and opened for each partner.

Only associations for which a partnership request has been submitted are displayed. To request new partnerships, check our dedicated guide.

2๏ธโƒฃ Understand partnership statuses

There are 4 partnership statuses:

  • All: includes all partnerships, regardless of status.

  • Validated: the partnership has been approved by the association (formerly "active partnership").

  • Awaiting confirmation : the association has not yet approved your partnership request.

  • Cancelled/Declined: the partnership has been cancelled either by the association or by your company.

3๏ธโƒฃ Publish initiatives on behalf of a partner

With the partnerโ€™s agreement, you can ask the Komeet team to activate the ability to create initiatives on behalf of the partner.

This option can only be enabled by the Komeet team, upon written request (a simple email from the partner association is sufficient).

Once this feature is activated, your company administrators will be able to create initiatives and manage volunteer registrations (approve or decline) directly on behalf of the association.
