  • To create a call for projects, an application form must first be integrated by the Komeet team.

  • You can choose the management mode (manual or automatic) when creating your call for projects.

  • The choice of management mode affects the status flow and the automatic email flow.

1️⃣ Types of call for projects

The Call for Projects module allows you to create two types of calls for projects depending on your needs:

  • Internal call for projects

    • Accessible only to users with an active account on the platform.

    • Access is through the solution.

  • External call for projects

    • Accessible via a shareable link.

    • Does not require an active account on the platform: the link gives direct access to the application form.

2️⃣ Application management modes

Manual application management

👉 How it works:

  • No automatic scheduling of the submission period

  • No automatic scheduling of the closing date

  • Manual update of each application’s status

  • No automatic notifications sent to applicants

👉 Use case:

  • Calls for projects managed on an ongoing basis

  • Selection process fully controlled by the administrator

Automatic application management

👉 How it works:

  • Scheduling of the application submission period

  • Option to set the closing date and time

  • Automated management of application statuses

  • Automatic notifications sent to applicants (configurable option)

👉 Use case:

  • Calls for projects with a defined timeline

  • Processes requiring scheduled management and smooth communication with applicants

Can I switch from one management mode to another after creating the CFP?

No, the management mode is defined when creating the CFP. It cannot be changed afterward.

Can I disable automatic notifications in automatic mode?

Yes, the sending of notifications is configurable. You can choose to enable or disable it.
