Status

Description

Draft

The form is saved but not submitted. Allows applicants to continue their application later.

Pending review

The application has been submitted and is awaiting evaluation.

Eligible

Internal status to identify applications that meet the criteria (not visible to the applicant).

Pre-selected

Applications shortlisted for the final decision (not visible to the applicant).

Winner

The application has been selected as a winner. This status is visible to the applicant.

Cancelled

The applicant has withdrawn their application.

Rejected

The application was not selected (non-compliant or does not meet the criteria).

Mode

How it works

Logged-in

The applicant can find their drafts in their dashboard and receives an email with a link to continue.

Not logged-in

An email address is requested to send a link to edit the draft.

Drafts help secure the experience and prevent incomplete applications.
