🧭 List of statuses and their meaning
Status | Description |
Draft | The form is saved but not submitted. Allows applicants to continue their application later. |
Pending review | The application has been submitted and is awaiting evaluation. |
Eligible | Internal status to identify applications that meet the criteria (not visible to the applicant). |
Pre-selected | Applications shortlisted for the final decision (not visible to the applicant). |
Winner | The application has been selected as a winner. This status is visible to the applicant. |
Cancelled | The applicant has withdrawn their application. |
Rejected | The application was not selected (non-compliant or does not meet the criteria). |
📝 Focus on the "Draft" status
Mode | How it works |
Logged-in | The applicant can find their drafts in their dashboard and receives an email with a link to continue. |
Not logged-in | An email address is requested to send a link to edit the draft. |
