🧭 Highlight a collection on the homepage
When a collection is created or updated with the Open status, a dialog box will automatically appear offering several promotion options — the first being to highlight the collection on your homepage.
You can:
Select your highlight preferences (date and display location)
Skip this step and choose to highlight the collection later from the Collections screen
💡 Good to know
If you set an end date for the promotion but want to remove the collection earlier, you can do so from the Collections screen by clicking 📌 Highlight, then selecting Remove.
✉️ Share a collection by email with employees
When a collection is created or updated with the Open status, a dialog box will also offer the option to send an email to employees.
You can:
Skip this step and send or schedule the email later from the Collections screen > ··· More > Send by email
If you schedule the email for later, you can still manage the date and time:
From the collection panel, click ··· More
Click Manage schedule
Choose to send now, reschedule, preview, or cancel the email

💡 Good to know
In organizations with multiple entities, only the administrators of the parent entity can send emails to all employees across the entire network. Administrators with rights limited to a single entity can only send emails to the employees of their own entity.
The email highlights the first three initiatives in the collection
Clicking See the selection takes the employee directly to the collection on the platform
The email layout matches your company’s graphic branding
🖼️ Generate a PDF poster
This feature is accessible from any collection and to all roles (administrators, coordinators, and users).
Some content in the generated PDF can be customized before printing.
Steps:
From the Collections screen, click 👁️ View
Then click Share
Finally, click Generatereate a poster — you’ll be able to edit certain details before downloading the poster
👉 Tip: Display the poster in key employee areas like break rooms, meeting rooms, or cafeterias.
