The volunteer has applied for the initiative.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Your turn! Accept or reject the application โ€” and donโ€™t forget to send them a message.

A message has been exchanged between you and the volunteer.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Use this opportunity to confirm participation dates! The volunteer will then select dates in their dashboard.

๐Ÿ’ก For fixed-date initiatives, this step is skipped: the volunteer picks a slot when applying.

โณ Date to be confirmed
The volunteer has selected a time slot.
๐Ÿ‘‰ You must validate or reject it โ€” without validation, they wonโ€™t be able to join.

๐Ÿข Awaiting manager's approval
The volunteerโ€™s participation depends on approval from their company.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Nothing to do on your side โ€” just wait.

The application is confirmed and the initiative is coming up!
