Updated over a month ago

🎯 Objective of this article

This article guides you through modifying the volunteer capacity (number of available spots) for your initiatives and events. It is intended for company administrators and association coordinators who want to efficiently manage the capacity of their initiatives.

1️⃣ Access your initiative management

  1. Go to the section My Actions.

  2. Search for and select the initiative for which you want to modify the capacity.

  3. Click the ✏️ Edit button to access the settings.

2️⃣ Modify the number of available spots

In the initiative edit form, locate the Planning section.

  • INITIATIVE OVER A PERIOD

For a period-based initiative, locate the field Maximum number of volunteers.

  • NITIATIVE WITH TIME SLOTS

For a time-slot initiative, click See details > Edit.

Click Save to record your changes.

⚠️ Important note
If you reduce the capacity while volunteers are already registered, existing registrations will not be automatically cancelled. Only new registrations will be blocked once the limit is reached.

💡 Good to know

• Impact on existing registrations

Changing the capacity never affects volunteers who are already registered, even if you reduce the number of available spots.

• Automatic notification

Depending on your configuration, employees may receive a notification if an initiative they are following increases its capacity.

• Waiting list

Employees can register on a waiting list when the capacity is reached. They will automatically be notified if a spot becomes available.
