🔎 Search for a Volunteer by name
Go to the Volunteers tab
Type the volunteer’s name into the search bar
Click the Contact icon to open a chat via Komeet messaging
🔁 From a Specific Initiative
Don't know the volunteer’s name?
Go to the relevant initiative
Find the list of participants
Click the Contact icon next to the right person
✉️ Send a Group Message
Need to message multiple volunteers at once? You can do it from the admin dashboard.
Go to My actions → Initiatives
Click Manage registrations next to your initiative
Then, click Send group message
In the pop-up:
Choose which volunteers to contact based on their registration status
Write your message
Click Send message
💌 Outside the Platform
Prefer to email someone directly? You can copy their email address from their contact profile.
