Managing volunteer testimonials

Testimonials are a goldmine to highlight your employees’ engagement — both internally and externally.

🎯 Purpose of the article

This article explains how to view, filter, hide, or export testimonials submitted by your employees after their initiatives. It is aimed at company and entity admins.

✅ Prerequisites

  • You must have an admin role

  • You must manage at least one entity with active initiatives

🧭 Steps to manage testimonials

1. View all testimonials for your company

  • Go to Volunteers > Testimonials
You’ll find all testimonials submitted by employees from your administered entities.

💡 Tip: Use filters to refine your search (keywords, association, status, photo, date, etc.)

2. View testimonials for a specific initiative

  • Go to My actions > Initiatives > Manage registrations > Testimonials

This shows only testimonials linked to the selected initiative.

3. View testimonials from a specific volunteer

  • Go to Volunteers > Follow registration > Testimonials

Here you can see testimonials submitted for a specific employee and initiative.

4. Manage testimonials

You can:

  • Filter by keywords, status (published/hidden), photos, etc.

  • Hide/unhide testimonials to control their visibility on initiative pages and the company feed

  • See photos added by volunteers

  • Export testimonials:

    • Via Volunteers > Testimonials

    • Or Reporting > Exports > Initiatives – Testimonials

ℹ️ Hidden testimonials are still visible in your company space, but not on the public initiative page or in the employee feed.

👻 Anonymous testimonials

Some volunteers choose to share their feedback anonymously.

ℹ️ Admins can still see all internal info (name, entity, photo), but a lock icon signals that the testimonial must not be linked to the identity in any external communication.

⚠️ Respect this choice to ensure a secure and authentic experience for your teams.

📤 Testimonials from custom forms

If your company uses a custom engagement form, one key question will be configured as the testimonial. Only that answer and its rating will appear in the testimonials section.
