This article presents the export files available in the "Donations" category. It helps you understand the available data to track employee contributions, generate internal reports, and ensure proper monitoring of donation campaigns carried out through the platform.

ℹ️ To obtain complete data for a year, select a custom period from 01/01 to 31/12 of the desired year.
📁 Donations - Donations Follow-up
Description:
List of all donations made during the selected period.
Note:
Ideal for tracking overall donation activity by period.
For Stripe P2P campaigns 1 line = 1 donation. Each donation has a payment status.
For standard non-Stripe campaigns, there is only one line per campaign, the total amount collected being entered by the administrator. As the donation is not managed by Wenabi/Stripe, the payment date is not available.
📁 Donations - Tracking peer-to-peer collections

List of peer-to-peer collections and associated donations.
Note:
In this export, 1 line = 1 peer-to-peer page tracking
This export does not contain standard campaigns, only P2P campaigns.
The amount displayed in this export is equal to the sum of all donations with the status success + in progress on the P2P page (to include the latency of SEPA payments).
👉🏼 The payment status can change from "in progress" to "successful" or "cancelled/failed". The amount collected can therefore change from one week to the next. As some transfers can take several days to reach "successful" status, payments in progress are included in the amounts collected (on the front-end platform and for export) to avoid frustrating donors.
Donors will see their donation counted immediately and the amount raised will increase in the list of donations at the bottom of the page on the amount collected.
