👁️ Your initiative is visible directly to collaborators
As soon as you publish a non-targeted initiative, it becomes visible in the employees’ platform interface.
They can find it under the "Find an action" tab and:
View key information (location, cause, duration, etc.)
Sign up immediately if they’re available
Explore your association profile to learn more about your work
🔎 Want to preview the initiative as an employee?
Go to the "Initiatives" tab and click "View" next to the initiative title.
🔍 How do employees find your initiative?
They use search filters to refine their results — so make sure your information is clear and complete to maximize visibility!
They can filter by:
📍 Location (including the “remote” option for online initiatives)
🧰 Type of initiative (mentoring, one-off volunteering, skills-based…)
💛 Cause or theme (solidarity, education, environment…)
⏱️ Duration (from a few minutes to several days)
✅ Requirements (e.g. physical condition, suitable for groups…)
💡 The clearer and more detailed your initiative, the better your chances of attracting motivated volunteers!
