🎯 Purpose of the Article

This guide explains how to use the External Contents feature to showcase videos, links, or external resources on your platform’s homepage — ideal for highlighting important materials upon login.

✅ Prerequisites

  • Have an admin role

  • Have an external link or hosted resource you want to promote

🧭 Steps to Add External Content

  1. Go to Company space > My actions

  2. Click on the External content tab

  3. Click + Add external content

  4. Fill in the following fields:

    • Title (required)

    • Slogan (short hook, visible on homepage)

    • Description (optional)

    • Image (landscape format recommended)

    • Video (optional, to enhance the visual)

    • Background color

    • URL of external resource

  5. Choose the “Open” status to publish immediately

  6. A popup will appear:

    • Select the display location on the homepage (e.g., Location 1)

    • (Optional) Set a start and end date for publication

  7. Click Save

🎉 Your content will now appear on the homepage in the selected location!

  • The display may vary depending on your homepage configuration

  • You can edit, reschedule, or delete content at any time

  • Always test your links before publishing

  • Videos are optional, but they can boost visual impact if used wisely
